President Omar Rutledge Omar Rutledge is a PhD candidate in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences and a former enlisted Infantryman in the US Army. Besides having a true passion for developing effective therapies that treat mental health conditions, Omar is an avid aviation enthusiast and is currently a student pilot. Vice President Kyle Guerre Kyle Guerre is a transfer student from Los Angeles Pierce College studying Mechanical Engineering (Class of 2025), and a U.S. Army veteran that served in Air & Missile Defense working on the Patriot system. When he's not studying you can find him overanalyzing the plots of movies, critiquing food, and planning out his next racecar build. Chief of Finance Justin Cole Justin Cole is an undergraduate majoring in Course 1-12, Climate System Science and Engineering. He spent nine years as a space system operator in the Air & Space Forces before coming to MIT. He also spent hist first MIT Summer as a Warrior-Scholar Project STEM Fellow. In his free time, Justin hikes, cooks, inhales fantasy & sci-fi novels, and scours the nooks and crannies of the greater Boston area for hidden culinary gems. Chief of Programs & Member Development Tyler Arnold Tyler Arnold is a transfer undergraduate from Bunker Hill Community College in Chemical Engineering (Course 10 '26). 'Ty' is a US Marine Corps infantryman (0331) veteran and former business owner. After building sports media outlet The Runner Sports for over a decade, he returned to school during the COVID pandemic in pursuit of a career in biopharmaceuticals inspired by the vaccine manufacturers who worked tirelessly to get society back on its feet. When not working on endless PSETs, he can be found posted up watching rugby, playing D&D, or biking along the Charles. Chief of Communications & Marketing Subin Kim Subin Kim(’25) is a junior in undergraduate majoring in Course 6-4(Artificial Intelligence & Decision Making). He’s an Army veteran and is also currently an Undergraduate Ambassador for Service2School. He enjoys playing sports in his spare time, but usually inhabits study spaces working on PSETS. Chief of Fundraising Frank Lin Frank is a MBA student at the Sloan School of Management. He is a former Army officer and worked in finance after his military service. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, riding horses, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. Chief of Recruitment and Member Engagement Favio Lesnjak Favio Lesnjak is an undergraduate transfer student from California, currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science as part of the class of 2026. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Favio served in diverse roles across intelligence communities around the globe. Focusing on security operations, he also instructed in deployable radio and satellite communication systems. If he is not doing homework or studying for exams, he might be at the gym.
